The
Olympic
Rally Competition Association was founded in 1968 from what
was once the
Smith-Gandy Mustangers of
Seattle, Washington. As a member organization of the
Northwest
Rally Council, ORCA's rally masters have been putting on TSD
events of various types for years. These events range from the monthly
Friday
Nighter series to the popular nighttime monte carlo,
Night
On Bald Mountain. ORCA meets on the Wednesday
following the second Friday of the
month at 7PM.
